- All orders received before 5 pm will be dispatched online on the same working day.
- Postage and handling is charged at 2 € and is included in the price of each gift certificate.
- If you would like to pay for and collect your gift certificates in person, our offices are open between 9 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday, we are located at Unterer Anger 14, Munich - payment by cash only please, as we don not have a card reader.
- The gift certificates are beautifully designed in high-quality colour print. Each gift certificate comes with an annual programme.
- All certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are unrestricted (they are not issued to a certain person or on a certain date). The lucky gift certificate holder can choose a convenient date to suit themselves.
